CityGSM was founded in 2010 with an expertise on the sale of smartphones, tablets, computers, televisions, consoles. To create more alternatives for our customers, we have implemented solutions, such as telephone repairs. We have gradually expanded into the financing market in order to offer our customers an alternative payment method. Media

If you upload images to the site, we advise you to avoid uploading images containing EXIF data of GPS coordinates. People visiting your site can download and extract location data from these images.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you will be asked to save your name, email address and site in cookies. This is only for your convenience so you don’t have to enter this information if you leave another comment later. These cookies expire after one year.

If you go to the login page, a temporary cookie will be set to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will set a number of cookies to store your login information and screen preferences. The lifetime of a connection cookie is two days, that of a screen option cookie is one year. If you check “Remember me”, your login cookie will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted.

By editing or publishing a publication, an additional cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie does not include any personal data. It simply indicates the ID of the publication you just modified. It expires after one day.

How long your data is stored

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND REPAYMENT (EXCEPT PURCHASES MADE WITH A FINANCING PLAN) (“TERMS”)

Thank you for placing your order. We want to ensure that we provide you with the best possible experience when you search, evaluate and purchase our products. You can contact City GSM by e-mail at info@citygsm.be. As with any shopping experience, transactions on the City GSM website are subject to general conditions.

1 – Conclusion of the contract

Any order of products implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, supplemented or modified by our special terms and conditions, which cancel any clause to the contrary that may appear in the conditions of purchase, order forms or other commercial documents.

2 – Prices

The goods are invoiced at the rate in force on the day the order is placed. The general tariff is attached to these conditions.

3 – Delivery

Delivery shall be made either by direct handover of the product to the Buyer, or by notice of availability, or by delivery to a shipper or carrier at the Seller’s premises or at any other designated premises. Our prices do not include shipping and/or delivery charges or other administrative costs. The verification of the goods by the buyer must be done at the time of their taking over. In case of damage or missing, claims on the apparent defects or non-conformity of the delivered product, the buyer will issue clear and precise reserves that he will notify within three days, following the date of delivery in writing to the seller or the carrier. It will be up to the buyer to provide any justification as to the reality of the anomalies noted.

4 – Delivery times

When you buy a product from City GSM, you can have it delivered to the address of your choice in Belgium. City GSM’s delivery service ensures that you can enjoy your ordered product as soon as possible. The estimated delivery times are not binding on City GSM and are given as an indication only. They are therefore not an essential condition of the sale. After your order is processed, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link so you can follow the package at any time.

5 – Returns

All products purchased from City GSM (in store and online) can be returned within 14 days if the product has not been unpacked, turned on, used or damaged

6 – Warranty

All goods and digital content purchased from City GSM are subject to the legal guarantee. This means that you have the right to a good product. Within the framework of the legal guarantee, City GSM will ensure that a defective product is repaired as soon as possible or, if repair is not possible, replaced. If it turns out that no repair or replacement can take place, you can opt for a price reduction or termination of the contract. In the event of termination of the contract, you must return the product to City GSM. The legal warranty period is 2 years for new products. The legal warranty period starts from the moment the product is in your possession or has been delivered. A defect must be reported to City GSM in writing within 3 days of its discovery. Beware! What is not covered by the warranty is, among other things (non-exhaustive list)

– defects caused by improper or abnormal use or any other use not in accordance with the instructions provided with the product;

– defects caused by external causes such as fire, water (flooding), lightning, accident or natural disasters after the product has been delivered to you;

– ordinary or normal wear and tear;

– defects caused by manipulation by third parties not authorized by City GSM

7 – Payment

What payment methods does City GSM accept? Through our sales channels (store and online store), you can pay in different ways:

For the products you wish to buy on the online store, you must pay before the delivery can take place (Except for reserved products)

Reservation and payment in store: you order on the online store and you wish to collect your products in one of the stores in Belgium? Then your order will be ready in the City GSM store of your choice a few days later, depending on the stock. You will be notified when your products are ready for collection. City GSM is entitled to cancel the order or to consider the contract dissolved if the products have not been collected by you within seven days of the message informing you that your products are ready for collection.

8 – Did you receive a damaged product?

The goal is never to deliver a damaged product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can find a suitable solution together. It is imperative to send us proof.

9 – Reservation of ownership

The sold goods remain the property of the seller until the complete payment of their price. However, the risks relating to the goods will be transferred to the buyer or the carrier, as soon as the products are physically handed over.

10 – Attribution of jurisdiction

These terms and conditions supersede any previously applicable terms and conditions. Any dispute relating to this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court.
